Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an acknowledgement of your booking either by phone or e-mail

The full fee is due on confirmation of booking. The booking will be held for 10 days in the case of guests wishing to pay by cheque or bank transfer and your booking will be confirmed on clearance.

Guests paying by credit card will receive same day confirmations. Please note that the only credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Echeque.

Due to CasaNickel being a small and exclusive establishment, we operate a no refund policy, once booked and confirmed. Therefore we recommend that you take out a low cost holiday curtailment insurance policy.
