- Bank introduction (English Speaking)
- Solicitor Introduction (English Speaking)
- Chauffeured property inspections.
Property Inspection Package
Buying a home abroad for holiday or residential purposes is a high capital growth area for UK investors at the moment with property, particularly in Spain, having doubled in value over the past three years. But whatever your reason for buying abroad, we have properties for you to view so why not take advantage of our Inspection Package which enables you to search for a property and gives you the added benefit of staying in luxury bed and breakfast accommodation, whilst searching for that dream home.
Simply fill out our Property Search Questionnaire (click on the link below) and we will supply the following:-
- 3 nights/4 days stay at CasaNickel including Breakfast
- Property/Land Search
- 3 days chauffeured property visits
- Pick up and return from Gerona airport (flights to be arranged by you)
- Introduction and translations to Estate Agencies
This is available at an inclusive fee of £140 per person, which is refundable on completion of a property purchased through us.
Process
- Fill out the Property Search Questionnaire and send to us
- Check availability of CasaNickel Accommodation, check flight availability for coinciding dates
- Book Flights
- E-mail or telephone us to advise of your intention to take up "Inspection Package Offer and advise flight details
